Be it the performances heard in the halls of the Hellebore, the delicious treats found at the Sweet Pea Cafe, or the scent of bath oil and perfumes in the Spas of Snowdrop Springs, The Apiary as a whole is meant to be a vision of indulgence, and it offers a little something for everyone to enjoy, be you a old friend or a new. At the Apiary, freedom of choice is important to us. When you apply to work for our venues, you are given the ability to work in any role (besides Management), at any venue, and as long as you want, within our hours on an opening night. At this time, we are hiring for all roles and at all skill levels. Whether you are new to roleplay or a long-time veteran looking for something to do. We have space for you!

Please note that to become Staff at any of The Apiary venues, you must be 18+.

Become a Firefly

A Firefly is a Staff Member who does not have to commit to working our venues, unlike our Bees, who are full staff members and required to work at least once a month.We also don’t add Fireflies to the website, and if there is a limited role available, A Bee would be allowed to take the role before a Firefly is considered. That is all!The only thing required to keep this role is to send at least one Discord message within six (6) months anywhere within the The Apiary Discord. If you are inactive for six (6) months with no communication as to why, we simply remove the role. You will remain in our Discord and are welcome to reapply!!

Please note that to become a Firefly, you must be 18+

The Rules

These Rules are in effect at all of our locations. Please familiarize yourself with them before attending one of our open nights or applying to be staff, as they are to be followed by everyone.A violation of the rules will result in a warning. Repeated violations will result in a ban. If you refuse to leave, you will be reported to the GMs for harassment of an RP venue.Please note that to become Apiary Staff, you must be 18+. No exceptions will be made.

Rated T | Mature Topics

Please try to keep your conversations PG-13 when on the main floor. All RP/Conversations that go beyond this should have had in tells, party, or you can book a room (Snowdrop Spring and the Hellebore only). Those found violating this rule will be given a warning; if it continues, you will be removed from the venues.

Gil Policy

The Apiary is focused on RP first, because of this focus, you can enjoy a night on our floor, chatting with our staff and getting drinks from our bar for free. The only time gil comes into play is if you choose to partake in one of our optional services, be it a game, table service, or even private RP with one of your favorites.

Impersonating Staff

The owners of the Apiary take this as a serious offense. If you are found to be selling services on our floors, wearing the tags of a staff member (blue, yellow, or green), or using shout/yell chat as a means to communicate with those at our venues, you will be removed. Re-entry at that point will be on a case-by-case basis.

IC is not OOC

This is a fundamental rule of engaging in RP, and we ask that both staff and guests honor it. There will be times when there are others in our venues, you may not like or do not wish to interact with. In these cases, we ask that conflict be avoided if possible, and any harassment be reported to our managers so that we can handle it for you.Furthermore, we ask that you do not add our staff as friends in-game or on Discord unless they initiate it. Please understand that they will not always be available to RP with you, and may be RPing with others when you arrive. Please keep in mind that In-Character Behavior does not reflect Out of Character intentions.

Safe Space

The Apiary and all of the venues under it are committed to creating and providing an inclusive, safe space for everyone who walks through our doors. We are also strong supporters of the LGBTQ+ community and believe in equal rights for all. If you are found violating this rule or inciting a conversation that makes others feel uncomfortable with your presence, you will be removed from our venues permanently with no exceptions.

Our Policy on Lalafell Interactions

The Apiary Venues do allow for Lalafells to engage in SFW RP on our main floors. We will also employ Lalafells in SFW positions on our staff (Bartenders, Greeters, Front Desk, and Hosts at Sweet Pea Cafe). We do not allow Lalafells to sell NSFW services or engage in Mature Roleplay. A warning will be given if you are found breaking this rule, and subsequent rule-breaking will end in a ban.

Private Rooms

All Private Rooms are off-limits when the venues are open unless you have booked the room with the Front Desk. We ask that you do not enter any room beyond the main floor without asking to do so. If you are found doing this, you will be removed from the venue, and re-entry will be granted on a case-by-case basis.On Venue off-hours (when we are closed), we do allow our staff and VIPs to use the rooms for Gposing and RP. Please make sure to be in our Discord and record which room is in use so you are not disturbed.

The Importance of Consent

The Apiary recognizes and enforces the Rules of Consent at all levels, from Staff to Guest. These rules are to be followed in every interaction and in all activities that happen while at our venues. You are not obligated to RP or interact with anything that makes you uncomfortable. If you feel uncomfortable, we ask that you please message a manager so that they can intervene and address the issue.

Our Services

We strongly support creating and fostering Rojeplay that is available to everyone, no matter their skill level or years involved in the community. We do not require you to purchase any of our optional services to engage in the RP found on our main floors.

- We do not allow for blind booking at any of our venues or for any of our Staff Members.- Any gil that you spend on booking one of the Staff Members goes to that Staff Member directly. The House does not take a percentile of it for its own purposes.-If you have someone in mind that you would like to spend time with on an open mind, please consider filling out a pre-booking request or arriving at the venue at opening to make your request at the front desk.- Many of our Staff members are open to off-hours bookings. To schedule an off-hour booking, please join our Discord Server and fill out a booking request. We will then arrange the booking for you.- For our NSFW services, also referred to as the “Birds and the Bees”, by booking, you are consenting to participate in an nsfw scene and are signaling that you are above the age of eighteen. The Staff Member you Book will also confirm this with you before beginning the scene with you.-Our staff reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking that they are uncomfortable with.- Please Note NSFW services are not available at the Sweet Pea Cafe. This is non-negotiable; do not ask for it.

Table Services

100,000 gil/hour

- Hire one of our staff members to be your personal host/hostess.
- They will stay at your table until the time purchased expires.
- There is no limit to the number of people who are at the table with you.
-This booking is SFW as it takes place on our main floor.

Private Roleplay

100,000 gil/hour

- All Private RP must be booked at the Front Desk.
- Private Roleplay allows you to book one (1) member of our staff for RP off the floor in one of our many private rooms.
- Staff are not permitted to go off-site for a booking during open venue hours.
- This RP can be SFW or NSFW. Please discuss what type of RP you are interested in with the staff member before you head to the front desk to request a booking.
- If you wish to add another staff member or bring a friend, it will cost extra. Please consult the extras section for more information.
- Staff members can decline or terminate a booking at any time if the situation is uncomfortable for them.

OFF HOURS RP

- All off hours RP is booked at the discretion of the host involved
- We do not handle the off hours rp gil, please pay the host directly
- The host sets their own rates for their own time. Our rates are only for our opening time. Please discuss with your host if there will an additional charge beyond our opening hours rates.

Pick'n Mix Perks

The Apiary believes that your VIBee experience should be comprised of things that you would enjoy using!!With that in mind, each VIBee Tier above Silver gets access to a certain number of perks that they can use each month!This way, you are not required to pick what perks you want to use before you are ready to use them.You also do not get stuck using the same perks over and over, as you are allowed to choose what you want to use each month!

- 1 hour of any roleplay service for free

VIBee purchases are non-refundable. There is no exception to this rule.

Working for the Apiary

Our Application Process and Hiring Form are found on our Discord Server!! There is No IC Interviews and we do not discriminate based on RP expierence. We all start somewhere. Staff Perks

Earnings

- All staff whether A Bee or A Firefly makes an hourly wage of 250k/per hour.
- If you are booked by one of our guests you will paid 100% of the amount that the guest paid we do not take a house cut.
-Tips are yours to keep, they do not need to be reported or pooled together with other members of staff.

Work when you can

- You can work one hour in a four hour shift and still be paid.
- Leave Early, Come Late either is fine! Just make sure to let us know asap
- Need a night off? Take it without having to explain!
- Bees (full staff) are only required to work once (1) a month, Fireflies can work as the want as long as they stay in contact within a six month period.

Your Services, Your Choices

-There is Zero Pressure to obtain bookings.
- You can offers SFW Services one night and NSFW the next (only at The Hellebore and Snowdrop Springs.)
- You do not have to offer NSFW services unless you want to.
- You can change your mind during your shift and go from offering SFW to offering NSFW just remember to change your tag!!
